Originally from Durban, South Africa, Durban Poison Feminized, equally like the rest of the Bonza Seeds Mix, thrives in warm, dry climates. A 100% Sativa Landrace, the weather in Durban has hot, wet summers and dry, warm winters, so make sure that Durban Poison Feminized gets plenty to drink and is kept warm, with lots of sun. Durban Poison grows very tall when grown outdoors, up to eight feet. Indoors, however, it shouldn’t get to nearly that height, but you may need to do some topping and trimming. Durban Poison has large, resinous buds, and for that reason it is favored for extracting THC concentrates.

Experience

The effects of smoking Durbin Poison are uplifting, stimulating, as well as intense. Keep the humidity at or below 40%, and if you have limited space, prepare to do some topping, as she can grow a little tall. Also, your grow area should get enough airflow, be prepared to install some fans and ventilation, especially if using a tent. Banana Kush flowers in seven to nine weeks indoors, fast for a feminized marijuana plant, and delivers up to 17 ounces/meter² of grow area.

Outside

Even though Banana Kush Feminized is a little finicky, outdoor growing is still possible. She prefers a warm, dry climate, with temperatures between 68 and 80 degrees, so harvest should occur in early fall, before cool weather, where you can reap up to 21 ounces of tasty buds. Like indoors, outside she still needs her nutrients, some TLC, and the proper environment, all of which are not that complicated for a careful grower.

As a result of it being an Indica dominant hybrid, you get plenty of body buzz; conversely, the 40% Sativa also provides a head high, and with 27% THC, that may be too much for some inexperienced users. Sour Diesel Feminized

Sour Diesel Feminized is a slightly Sativa dominant hybrid with good THC levels up to 20%. She has very energizing Sativa effects, while the 40% Indica provides a calming balance. Sour Diesel performs better indoors due to susceptibility to powdery mildew. If you live in a low-humidity location where it’s hot, growing outdoors is good, due to SD’s capability of growing very tall, and will give better harvests. Indoors you may have to perform some topping techniques because of the height. For that reason Screen of Green might be used for vertical considerations. Fast acting, long lasting (up to 5 hours) Sour Diesel is also tasty, with pungent, diesel, and citrusy notes.
