Growing the Runtz Auto Strain
By combining genetic giants Zkittles and Gelato #33, along with some ruderalis, Runtz Autoflower was created. Indica-type structure makes her short and bushy, so pruning and trimming is necessary. Able to handle a variety of conditions, Runtz can handle some cooler climates, although the better the conditions the better the yields. If you plant outdoors, she is resistant to insects and pathogens and is not hard to grow there. She does do better indoors, with harvests of up to 15 ounces per yard squared of area used, compared to five to six ounces per plant outside. From seed to harvest takes only about 14 weeks, so two harvests per season are possible, and even more indoors.
